Move to WordPress without missing a beat.
Platform, host and multisite migrations planned around your content, SEO and launch date — with rehearsals, redirects and rollback plans built in.
Why it matters
A migration is a launch — treat it like one
We map every URL, field and integration before moving a byte, then rehearse the move until launch day is boring. Your rankings, users and editors arrive intact.
Keep your rankings
URL mapping, redirects and structured data carried over and verified.
Content, cleaned up
Scripted imports that tidy markup, media and taxonomies on the way in.
No surprises
Dry runs, delta syncs and a rollback plan for a calm cutover.
Overview
Website migrations that protect your traffic
-
01
The challenge
A migration changes almost everything search engines and visitors rely on — URLs, templates, internal links, structured data and sometimes the domain itself. Done carelessly, it can undo years of organic growth in a weekend. Done properly, it’s a chance to clean up content, speed up every page and leave legacy technical debt behind.
-
02
Our approach
We start by crawling your current site and exporting analytics and Search Console data, so every URL that earns traffic or links has a destination. Content moves with repeatable import scripts rather than copy and paste, which means we can run the migration again and again on staging until counts, fields and redirects all check out. Google recommends keeping site-move redirects for at least a year, so we document them to outlive the project.

03
What you get
On launch day we run a final delta sync, switch DNS and monitor crawl errors, rankings and Core Web Vitals for 30 days. Your editors get a short content freeze instead of a week of downtime, and your users keep the accounts, orders and subscriptions they had before.
Is this you?
A good fit if…
Recognise two or more of these? A 30-minute call is usually enough to map the next step.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Will we lose search rankings?
Not when it is planned properly. We map and test every URL, preserve metadata and monitor Search Console after launch.
Can editors keep publishing during the move?
Yes. A short content freeze happens only at final cutover; everything published before is synced in a delta run.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
Practically any CMS with an export, database or API — including Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, Ghost, Medium and custom platforms.
Do you redesign during a migration?
We can, or we can replicate the current design first and improve it in phases to reduce launch risk.
How long does a WordPress migration take?
Simple host moves can take days. Platform migrations with custom content models usually take four to ten weeks, most of it spent mapping, scripting and rehearsing so the launch itself takes hours.
What happens to our old URLs?
Each one gets a permanent 301 redirect to its closest new equivalent, tested automatically before and after launch. We also update internal links so visitors and crawlers rarely hit a redirect at all.
