United Theme refund policy envisages a money-back guarantee in case of the following situations:
- item is “not as described”
- item doesn’t work the way it should
- item has a security vulnerability
- item support is promised but not provided in more than 5 work days
Cases that are not eligible for a refund:
- the buyer doesn’t want it after they’ve downloaded it;
- the item did not meet their expectations;
- they simply changed their mind.
